Ecomama in Amsterdam is a hidden gem loved by locals for its sustainable ethos and unique design. The room I stayed in was cozy with an en-suite bathroom, bathtub, and a music dock to set the mood. The communal spaces were inviting, with comfy nooks and a small beer terrace in the courtyard, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring the city. The hostel's Green and Conscious Hospitality ethos shone through in every detail, from the sustainable brands in the museum store to the recycled materials used in the building.I particularly enjoyed the wine and cheese night, where I tried the most delicious cheese while mingling with fellow travelers. The staff members were friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The location was ideal, just a short walk from major attractions like the Waterlooplein flea market and the Jewish Museum, allowing me to immerse myself in the vibrant neighborhood.Ecomama provided a unique and unforgettable experience, blending comfort with eco-conscious values in the heart of Amsterdam. Whether you're a solo traveler, a digital nomad, or exploring the city with friends, this hostel offers a special touch that sets it apart from the rest.
